The Azure cloud plus Copilot AI growth story remains intact, but a roughly 28x P/E already prices in a good deal of that optimism, so further upside now needs to be earned through actual results.

It remains a low-volatility, dividend-paying core holding. That said, the recent stall is a signal to track Azure growth rates and the pace at which AI capex converts into revenue each quarter, rather than simply holding and waiting.
